Victoria graduated from Saint Mary's University in 2006 with a degree in Psychology and Criminology. Shortly after, she began taking an introduction to yoga class. She was addicted to how great she felt after each class and continued on with this teacher for a number of years.
In 2015 she completed a 200 Yoga Teacher Training program through Breathing Space. She will always be a student of yoga and the more she teaches, the more she wants to learn and share her knowledge.
Teaching yoga makes Victoria want to learn about all aspects of the practice, and knows that yoga goes beyond the physical postures. She's continuously inspired by the wonderful yoga teachers in HRM and strongly believes yoga is a community.
With an open heart Victoria is honored to help others journey on, and off the mat.

This is an all levels class emphasizing a flow of sequences and postures synching breath and movement. You'll build heat and increase strength and flexibility. Standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds and hip openers will leave your mind clear and your body feeling strong.
