In response to the the current situation with COVID-19, we are currently operating with a reduced schedule. The full schedule with new offerings will be available as soon as restriction are lifted.

Studio-wide procedures for entry, practice and departure:

  • Masks will be required to enter and exit the studio space but can be removed when you are set-up in your space for practice.

  • Class sizes limited to 9 per class, with pre-registration required! *no drop-ins without checking in first with the class teacher.

  • Please BYOP! (bring your own props:)

    • if you don't have your own, you may borrow studio props, but they must be cleaned after usage.

    • If carrying props back and forth is an issue, you will be allowed to store your set of props at the studio.

  • If experiencing any signs of illness, please opt out of yoga class until feeling better. Contact your teacher, and they may be able to advise you on how to practice at home.
