A physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Michelle was raised in Newfoundland. She earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University and her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. In addition to practicing as a Physiotherapist for the past 9 years, she has alsocompleted her 200-hour YTT in Thunder Bay, ON and is now certified to teach Yogalign.


These classes will focus on natural spinal alignment, engagement of the deep core muscles, and will incorporate self-massage. This style is safe for those with injuries, but will also provide an excellent tune up for those that are injury free.
