Inga is a recent yoga teacher, although she has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. And what a better way to start teaching than by doing it for a good cause! Yoga had a profound effect on her - it shifted many perspectives, and along with mindfulness practice and training, it transformed her life. In the last five years she left her banking job in Toronto, enrolled in the navy reserves which led her to Victoria where she met her partner and moved to Edmonton. At the same time she started exploring her calling, tuning into her inner wisdom and adventurous soul. The Navy brought her to Halifax where she completed Yoga teacher training. She feels at peace now more than ever and is excited to offer her classes to raise funds for Feed Nova Scotia charity just in time for Christmas. She enjoys having variety in her practice and will bring that variety to her classes. She will incorporate mindfulness meditations and sound healing. As these classes are donation based, please make your voluntary donations in cash at the studio or online directly by clicking here.

All of the proceeds will go to the charity.
