Inga is a recent yoga teacher, although she has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Yoga had a profound effect on her - it shifted many perspectives, and along with meditation practice and training, it transformed her life. In the last six years she left her banking job in Toronto, enrolled in the Navy reserves which led her to Victoria where she met her partner and moved to Edmonton. At the same time she started exploring her calling, tuning into her inner wisdom and adventurous soul. The Navy brought her to Halifax where she completed Yoga teacher training. Currently she is in the process of obtaining a Mindfulness Meditation Certification.
Sound Bath session -
Tuesdays 6:30-7pm & Thursday 12-12:30pm
Immerse yourself in the delicious and healing power of singing bowls and other meditative instruments. Improve your mood, soothe your nervous system, release tension in the body and mind. Studies have shown that the echoing sound during the sound bath may help with anxiety, stress, fatigue and depression symptoms.
