Emily is Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She is an active member of the Atlantic Canadian Iyengar Yoga community and continues to advance her practice, studying with senior Canadian, American and Indian Iyengar teachers. 


Emily’s teaching is motivated by her love of yoga. Her goal is to help others cultivate their own inner resilience, strength, and sense of self through the exploration of posture and breath work. 


Emily is currently taking break from teaching regular classes but we hope to welcome her back soon

This class is perfect for anybody interested in developing their yoga practice. You will learn fundamental groups of postures including standing poses, forward bends, back extensions and inversions, as well as work with restorative postures and pranayama.
