Brenda has been practicing Yoga for about eight years, but really found the love and solace in the practice in the last five. Trained as a baker and pastry chef she would attend Yoga classes to allow her time to slow down, breath, and dedicate an hour or so just to herself. She would leave the classes feeling uplifted and good in her body and mind. Eventually, the stress of the food industry prompted her doctor to suggest she find a different field of work. This led her to taking a step back and re-evaluating her life and career. With her love for Yoga already in her life and her desire to help people in her heart she decided to embark on the journey to become a Yoga Teacher. She took her first 200HR YTT in Canggu, Bali for Vinyasa/Hatha. She returned from this training and continued her own personal practice and study as well as taught small classes and focuses one-to-one classes. Having a thirst for knowledge she wanted more training and so, she went directly to the source and flew to Rishikesh, India where she took another 200HR YTT focus on Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa/Traditional Hatha as well as a 100HR Pregnancy Yoga course. 
Brenda strives to create an environment of self love/reflection. Come and join her on the mat and dedicate some time to your wellbeing.

RESTORATIVE YOGA NIDRA

Sundays 7:30-8:30pm *starts October 6th ... **no class on Oct 13th

Come enjoy a yoga class designed for ultimate relaxation. This hour long class will start with very gentle, restorative poses using all the props you need to really release stiffness in your body. We will then move into a guided meditation that will help you to

completely let go of any remaining tension in your body and mind.
