YOGA for Acquired Brain Injuries Wednesdays 12-1:30pm

with Chloe Luckett

In this gentle yoga class we will move through many poses using modifications that take into account brain injury related symptoms i.e vertigo, dizziness, speed of motion, and language comprehension. Expect poses and cues to encourage grounding, building balance, and strength.

About Chloe:  After sustaining a traumatic brain injury in 2016 during a cycling accident I found healing properties in yoga and many of its practices. I was inspired to take my 200 hour teacher training so I could offer the alternative rehab to others, which lead to becoming a Love Your Brain Certified Instructor. I’m passionate about moving past trauma, finding new strength, and finding joy in life post injury by exploring new meaning and movement.
